How it works
Live in four weeks
4 phases. 10 to 14 hours of your time across the whole project. Your CRM stays the system of record, and you approve every customer-facing word before it goes live.
Phase 01 · Week 1
Map & Measure
Map job stages, data fields and handoff rules to how your team actually works. Agree on escalation rules and the accuracy thresholds for unsupervised operation. Capture baseline metrics so results can later be measured against your own numbers. Connect the agent layer to your CRM and phone system.
Phase 02 · Week 2
Revenue Automation
Every inbound lead answered and routed automatically, including nights and weekends. Missed calls recovered and passed to the team. Open quotes processed so no opportunity is left unattended. Performance validated on live traffic.
Phase 03 · Week 3
Operations Automation
Pick-up confirmations and job verification handled automatically, with outcomes logged against the job. Job status kept current. Calls run under supervision first: outcomes reviewed by your team before any action, and nothing reaches the CRM unreviewed.
Phase 04 · Week 4
Go Live
Voice agents switch to unsupervised live calls once they meet the Phase 01 thresholds. Carrier communication, move status tracking and search go into production. Reporting finalized against the baselines. Edge cases resolved, prompts and routing optimized, then dashboards, training and handover.

MOVINCOM deployed AI automation for an interstate moving broker and compared performance before and after launch.
+21%
more booked jobs
~84 hours

in extra commission monthly
The situation
The client is a Florida-based interstate moving broker, buying about 1,000 leads and booking around 150 moves a month, with sales, customer service and dispatch teams using Granot Legacy, RingCentral and internal work chats.
The operation relied on fast lead response and consistent follow-up, but both still required manual effort. New leads could sit untouched for more than 30 minutes during busy periods, and 15–20% of calls could go unanswered at peak hours and after 7pm. Customer service specialists also spent substantial time on verification and pick-up confirmation calls – work that was necessary but pulled them away from higher-value tasks.
What was deployed, and when
Week 1
Stack mapped, thresholds agreed, baseline captured against their own numbers.
Week 2
Lead routing, missed call recovery, sales follow-up, review collection, revenue reporting.
Week 3
Pick-up confirmation, verification, QA assistant, after-hours, job activity profile. Voice agents supervised.
Week 4
Voice unsupervised on threshold. Carrier communication, status tracking, search, operations reporting.
The results
Baseline captured in week 1 and compared against the client’s own numbers over the following two months.

|---|---|---|
| New leads contacted within 5 minutes | 30% | 85% |
| Open quotes that got the agreed follow-up | 20% | 90% |

Working around a CRM with no API
Their Granot Legacy setup didn’t offer a general API. Instead of asking the client to migrate their operations we designed and built information collection that runs inside the browser, wrapping the CRM in a vast agent architecture. It remained the system of record, and the team carried on exactly as before.
“Movincom has been really helpful for our team. It helps our customer service team keep track of all the information and handles much of the routine work, so they can focus more on customer issues. On the sales side, leads are already communicated before they get to the reps, which makes the whole process much faster. We’ve seen a real difference in our daily work, and I’m very satisfied with the results.”
“I communicated with the team at Movincom and they were very easy to work with. They explained clearly what our CS specialists needed to do, and I liked that we could keep using the systems we were already familiar with. Our verification calls used to take about 20 minutes of staff time. Now the voice agent handles them accurately without our supervision, and the number of repetitive calls has gone down overall. I like what they’ve done for us.”

Works with the CRM and telephony you already run
Nothing gets replaced. Your CRM stays the system of record, your team keeps working in it, and the agent layer connects around it.
Works with your current tools
These are the two we get asked about most. They are not the limit.
We connect to your existing stack.
Granot and RingCentral are trademarks of their respective owners. Shown to indicate compatibility only;
MOVINCOM is not affiliated with or endorsed by them.
CRM
How we connect depends on your system and how it is configured. Some publish an API, some do not, and two companies on the same CRM rarely run it the same way. We check your instance and tell you what is possible before anything is agreed. Either way, your CRM remains at the center of the operation.
For example
Granot Legacy has no general API. Instead of migrating the client, we built information collection that works inside the browser and wrapped the existing system into an agent architecture, allowing automation to operate within the current setup.
Telephony
Your phone system is retained for calling, call-event detection and recording. Additional voice infrastructure is added where a workflow requires it.
Work chats
Your internal work chats stay where they are and are connected as a source, so carrier threads and job conversations feed the job card, search and status tracking.
Running something else? Tell us what you use →
The deployment remains yours
Cloud infrastructure is held in your company’s name, and third-party service accounts are opened in your name wherever the provider allows it. We keep the administrative permissions needed to configure, monitor and support the deployment, and you can revoke them at any time.
Not sure your stack will connect? Ask.
You leave knowing which agents fit your operation and which do not. No paid discovery, no obligation.
About
We know where AI automation raises revenue, cuts costs, and takes the manual work off your team
MOVINCOM is a human-first automation agency built exclusively for the moving industry.
We know your world. We’ve been there.
We understand how moving companies operate and where opportunities can slip away. Leads went cold because nobody replied quickly enough. Routine tasks kept piling up. Calls stacked up during peak hours. Critical information got buried in the flow.
The question became simple: Why should your team spend its time doing work that software can reliably handle?
That’s where MOVINCOM started.
We turn the repetitive parts of your operation into systems that run in the background, freeing your people to focus on meaningful customer conversations, important decisions, and growing the business.
Why moving, and only moving
Moving has its own systems, language, timing, and workflows. We understand them through hands-on experience in the industry — not by adapting a generic AI solution to its realities.
We speak it
FADD, QA procedure, carrier check-in, pick-up confirmation. Your operations are familiar to us.
We fit what you already run
Your CRM, telephony and work chats stay exactly as they are. Nothing gets replaced, and nobody learns new software.
We measure what matters
How many bought leads turn into booked jobs. How much customer service time a move costs you. The numbers that drive a moving business, not off-the-shelf KPIs.
What we hold to
Solve a real problem
If an agent does not move a number you care about, we do not build it.
Human first
Agents take the repetitive work. Anything with a decision in it reaches your people, context attached.
Make the impact visible
Your baseline goes on record first. Every agent reports against your numbers.
Your control
Your accounts, your data, your recordings. You set the rules the agents follow and approve every script before it goes live.

We may also receive your responses to any questionnaire we send to you.
1.2 Information Collected Automatically

2. Use of Personal Information
Company uses Personal Information solely for the following purposes: (a) to schedule, confirm, and conduct your Call; (b) to prepare for the Call, to create and review a record of the Call, and to respond to your inquiry; (c) to follow up on your request, including by delivering a questionnaire or proposal; and (d) to protect the security of the Site and to comply with applicable law. Company does not use Personal Information for advertising, does not add you to any mailing list, and does not use Personal Information for any purpose incompatible with those stated in this Section.

Service Providers are permitted to use Personal Information solely to perform services for Company. Information that you enter directly into the scheduling platform is also governed by the privacy policy of its provider.
5. Call Recording, Transcription, and AI Summaries
Company uses an artificial intelligence-based service to record, transcribe, and summarize Calls, so that Company may accurately recall the discussion and follow up on it. 7. Relationship to Client Agreements

9. Disclaimer of Warranties
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, THE SITE, ITS CONTENTS, AND ANY CALL ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. COMPANY DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE SITE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ITS CONTENTS ARE COMPLETE, ACCURATE, OR CURRENT.
10. Limitation of Liability
10.1 Exclusion of Certain Damages. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, COMPANY SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, BUSINESS, GOODWILL, OR DATA, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SITE, ANY CALL, OR THESE TERMS, WHETHER IN CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, EVEN IF COMPANY HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
10.2 Cap on Liability. COMPANY’S AGGREGATE LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SITE, ANY CALL, OR THESE TERMS SHALL NOT EXCEED ONE HUNDRED UNITED STATES DOLLARS (US $100).
10.3 Exceptions. Liability for paid services is governed exclusively by the written agreement for those services. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including liability for fraud, gross negligence, or willful misconduct. Because some jurisdictions do not permit certain limitations of liability, some of the foregoing limitations may not apply to you.
11. Dispute Resolution; Binding Arbitration; Class Action Waiver
11.1 Informal Resolution. Before initiating arbitration, the party asserting a dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms, the Site, or a Call (a “Dispute”) shall deliver to the other party a written notice describing the Dispute and the relief sought. Notice to Company shall be sent to info@movincom.ai and to the address set forth in Section 15. The parties shall negotiate in good faith for thirty (30) days following delivery of the notice.
11.2 Binding Arbitration. Any Dispute that is not resolved under Section 11.1 shall be resolved exclusively by binding arbitration conducted in accordance with the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the American Arbitration Association then in effect and with the Federal Arbitration Act, before a single arbitrator, in the county of Company’s principal place of business or by videoconference. Judgment on the award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.
11.3 Exceptions. Either party may bring an individual claim in small claims court if the claim qualifies, and either party may seek temporary injunctive relief from a court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property or confidential information.
11.4 Class Action Waiver. YOU AND COMPANY EACH AGREE THAT ANY DISPUTE SHALL BE BROUGHT ONLY IN AN INDIVIDUAL CAPACITY, AND NOT AS A PLAINTIFF OR CLASS MEMBER IN ANY PURPORTED CLASS, COLLECTIVE, OR REPRESENTATIVE PROCEEDING. If this waiver is held unenforceable as to any claim, that claim shall be heard in a court of competent jurisdiction and shall not be arbitrated.
11.5 Jury Trial Waiver. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, YOU AND COMPANY KNOWINGLY AND VOLUNTARILY WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO A TRIAL BY JURY IN ANY PROCEEDING ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THESE TERMS OR THE SITE.
11.6 Right to Opt Out. You may opt out of this arbitration agreement by sending an email to info@movincom.ai, within thirty (30) days after you first accept these Terms, stating your name, your company, and your intent to opt out. If you opt out, or if a Dispute is otherwise not subject to arbitration, the Dispute shall be resolved in a court of competent jurisdiction. Opting out does not affect any other provision of these Terms.
12. Governing Law
These Terms, and any Dispute arising out of or relating to them or to the Site, shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. The Federal Arbitration Act, 9 U.S.C. § 1 et seq., governs the interpretation and enforcement of Section 11.
13. Modification of Terms
Company may modify these Terms by posting the revised Terms on the Site together with an updated effective date. Where a modification is material, Company will provide notice on the Site before it takes effect. 14. General Provisions
14.1 Entire Agreement. These Terms and the Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and Company with respect to the Site. A written agreement executed by both parties governs any paid services.
14.2 Severability. If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable, that provision shall be enforced to the maximum extent permissible, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
14.3 No Waiver. Company’s failure to enforce any provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of its right to enforce that provision at a later time.
14.4 Assignment. You may not assign or transfer these Terms without Company’s prior written consent. Company may assign these Terms in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
14.5 Electronic Communications. You consent to receive notices and agreements from Company electronically, and agree that your electronic acceptance of these Terms satisfies any legal requirement that an agreement be in writing or signed.
